Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Where Orders Ship From

Orders are dispatched from international fulfilment centres through our supplier partners.

UK Delivery

Estimated UK delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, in addition to the 1–3 business days needed for processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs or carrier delays.

International Delivery

Estimated international delivery is 15–45 business days from dispatch, in addition to processing time, depending on the destination and customs processes. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
