Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

International Orders

International orders may take longer depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on our Track My Order page.
