Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Where We Ship From

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centres. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at great prices, delivered directly to your door.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

International Delivery

International orders typically take 15–45 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a delayed order. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking
